Mediascope: Telegram beats VKontakte by daily audience in July

MOSCOW, Aug 10 (PRIME) -- Telegram’s daily average coverage in Russia increased to 54.3 million people in July from 51.9 million a month earlier, and the messenger went ahead of social network VKontakte, whose daily audience rose to 52.6 million from 52.1 million people, researcher Mediascope said late on Wednesday.

YouTube’s daily average audience increased to 52.1 million users in July from 50.8 million people a month earlier.

By monthly average audience, YouTube led with 95.5 million people in July. VKontakte had 87.6 million and Telegram 81.2 million people.
